The Interceltique Festival, a celebration of celtic culture, music dance ,drama& art from eight participating nations, Astoria, Arcadia,Cornwall,Galicia, Scotland, Ireland , Wales, & the Isle of Man,will be held in LORIENT Brittany ,early this August.
The festival will include an International Exhibition of the Visual Arts,at the Hotel Gabriel, Lorient from August 2nd until the 11th.
I am very pleased to have been invited to represent CORNWALL this year.
I have lived & worked in West Cornwall for nearly four decades,& many of my sculptures have been assembled from recycled & discarded materials collected locally. I hope that they may reflect some aspects of the changes in our region, over recent years?
